The Division of Cardiology at Rush University Medical Center seeks board-certified Advanced Imaging Cardiologists to join their team. Candidates must have an outstanding record of commitment to clinical service, communication skills, and collaborative work style. Formal fellowship training in cardiovascular CT and MRI (Level III) and Echocardiography (Level II minimum) is required. The candidate can also read nuclear cardiology studies if desired - Rush has the only advanced cardiac PET program in the Chicago-land area. The candidate will spend at least 2 days a week engaged in cardiac imaging; the remainder of the time will be spent providing patient care at the Main Campus downtown, Rush Oak Park, and South Loop in the outpatient and/or inpatient settings, depending on clinical needs. Research opportunities exist in various subspecialties including imaging and prevention and the candidate will be encouraged to develop an area of focused interest for research and clinical care.
