CDU - Med Surg/Ortho
Patient Population: Ortho/Surgical unit with short stay CDU (clinical decision unit) influence. Criteria based admissions for CDU patients.
Patient Ratios: 1:4-5
Number of Beds: 10
Department Specifics: Strong employee and physician engagement, 24/7 hospitalist services for patient care needs, Supportive and collaborative work environment through unit-based council and shared governance. QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
MAJOR - Nursing
EXPERIENCE - 2 Years of Experience
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
