POSITION SUMMARY
RP Forest City, a Radiology Partners practice in the greater Chicago market is seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Breast Imager with ability to read general radiology to join our team. Fellowship experience in Breast Imaging is a plus, but not required. All opportunities provide for very flexible work shifts and extensive time off.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading all aspects of diagnostic radiology, breast imaging and perform light interventional procedures, with an approximate split of 50% General and 50% Breast. Ability to read mammography is required. Candidates must have a proven record of outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Variable schedule which includes a combination of onsite & remote shifts Sunday through Saturday
Variable Hours
Call 1/6 weeks (approximate)
Full range of general diagnostic radiology including Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, Nuclear Medicine, Breast Imaging and Pediatrics
Ability to perform Light interventional procedures
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
Candidates must be eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or American Board of Osteopathic Radiology
Fellowship training in any subspecialty preferred, but not required
MQSA required
Candidates must have an Illinois medical license or the ability to obtain
