Responsibilities
For more than 30 years, Pediatrix® Medical Group has been a trusted leader in neonatal care at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare. We are excited to welcome an experienced and compassionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our wellestablished, collaborative team making a meaningful impact on families across North Florida and South Georgia.
Position Highlights
Practice in a busy, 34-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 25 and 3,500 annual deliveries
The regionâ™s only Level III NICU, equipped to care for high-risk mothers and premature or critically ill newborns
Work within a robust, multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, NNPs, pediatric intensivists, and pediatric hospitalists
Access to a wide network of pediatric subspecialistsâ”including cardiology, endocrinology, radiology, neurology, and orthopedics
Supportive, friendly environment with outstanding nursing staff and dedicated ancillary services, including: a specialized PICC team and a full-time Child Life Specialist
Participate in transport services alongside skilled neonatal nurses and respiratory therapists
Flexible schedule with a mix of 8-hour and 24-hour shifts

Qualifications
Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
Minimum of a masterâ™s degree
