DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: Is responsible for daily clinical operations of the Critical Care Unit, Telemetry. Coordinates all work and call scheduling efforts of the CVIR nurses. Is accountable for all orientation and training of the associates regarding best practice process and procedures. Develops and implements best practices from across CHRISTUS Health within CV Service Line that will assist the organization in meeting or exceeding productivity, caregiver engagement, financial, quality and patient loyalty target outcomes.
