Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a fulltime, BoardCertified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our collaborative team at JohnstonWillis Hospitalâ”a modern, 292bed facility serving the Richmond community for more than a century. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a stateoftheart Level III NICU featuring allprivate rooms, advanced neonatal technologies, and strong subspecialty support.

Position Highlights

• 22bed Level III NICU with private, familycentric rooms
• NICU & Newborn ADC: ~20
• Deliveries: Approximately 1,700 annually
• Advanced neonatal therapies including:
• HFOV & HFJV
• Inhaled nitric oxide
• Therapeutic hypothermia
