Neonatologist Opportunity â“ Spartanburg, South Carolina
We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our wellestablished and highly respected team at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Position Highlights
- Annual deliveries: 3,400â“3,900
- Annual NICU admissions: 370â“400
- Average daily census: 25â“29 infants
- Lead and manage a 35bed Level III NICU, providing fullservice neonatal care including:
- Highfrequency ventilation
- Therapeutic hypothermia
- Wellbaby rounding two weeks per month in collaboration with the Family Medicine Residency Program
- Supportive team structure of 4 Neonatologists:
- One week on service
- Every other night call
- One week off
- 24/7 NNP coverage
- Strong subspecialty support including Cardiology, Pediatric Surgery, Ophthalmology, and collaboration with a 3physician MFM team
- A South Carolina medical license is preferred but not required to apply
